Sho Take? Playback Performance

"Sho Take?" can be about anything: something funny that makes you giggle for the rest of the evening, a moment that caught you off guard, a conversation that still won’t let you go, or an experience that’s hard to put into words right away.

The Kyiv playback theater "Na Varti" (On Guard) invites you to the DAKH Center for Contemporary Art for a performance where stories from the audience turn into a stage action right before your eyes. No script. No pre-rehearsed roles. No pretense that there are simple answers to complex questions.

Here, theater is born from what people bring with them: memories, losses, strange coincidences, tenderness, rage, intimacy, exhaustion, moments of strength, or questions for which we still have no words.
