Our pride is our own leaven. We grow and feed its natural microflora for over 2.5 years. Therefore, the taste is always stable.
Convinced: the taste of butter should not be confused with the taste of margarine. Our choice is organic Ukrainian and Italian.
We use only fresh farm eggs from local suppliers. In our bakery there is a room purely for washing eggs - safety above all.
