Exhibition "The Light of the Renaissance. Stained Glass Design for Restored Synagogues of Ukraine"

On April 23, at 5:00 PM, the Sholom Aleichem Museum will host the opening of the exhibition "The Light of Revival: Stained Glass Design for Restored Synagogues in Ukraine" by Yevhen Kotlyar, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, PhD in Art History, and Professor.

The art project presents sketches, designs, photographs of completed works, and stained glass concepts developed between 1995 and 2005. This period marked the most vibrant era of Jewish religious life revival in Ukraine, characterized by the restoration and reconstruction of historic synagogue buildings returned to their communities.
