Celebrating Kyiv Day with the Kyiv Posters project — an exhibition of poster series where Ukrainian designers, illustrators, and calligraphers interpret Kyiv in their own way, telling the story of the city through the language of design, illustration, and typography.
Each work represents an individual perspective, experience, and visual statement. To date, Kyiv Posters includes 29 posters and continues to grow, attracting new authors and expanding the project's linguistic context — from the established English spelling Kyiv to the German Kyjiw and potentially other languages.
The project also emphasizes the correct naming of the city — Kyiv in English and Kyjiw in German — contributing to its consolidation in the international context. At the same time, it highlights contemporary Ukrainian design as a distinct cultural phenomenon.
Admission: Free, with the option to make a donation of any amount. All funds collected will be donated to the NGO "Kryla Magury" to support the 80th Galician Brigade. Posters from the exhibition will be available for purchase; 100% of the proceeds will go toward the charity fundraiser.
