"342 Steps to Heaven" Tour

On March 27, we invite you to visit one of the capital's iconic symbols — the Great Lavra Bell Tower. Our guide, Iryna Khalil, will lead you through four tiers all the way to the galleries, offering an incredible panoramic view of Kyiv.

Along the way, you will discover many fascinating facts about the bell tower, including what it has in common with the Leaning Tower of Pisa, how monks were summoned to service in the Pechersk Monastery, why archivists couldn't survive the winter on the first tier, and you'll even see how the clockwork mechanism of the chimes operates.
