The weekend of March 20–22 in Kyiv promises to be максимально diverse: major concerts at the Palace of Sports, камерные performances, lectures about Antarctica, markets of local brands, and events with live traditional music. In this selection — both large-scale shows and formats for relaxed meetups, as well as events with a social message. We’ve gathered the most interesting options to make it easier to plan your weekend.
The band ANTYTILA is wrapping up its nationwide tour “At Home” with three concerts at the capital’s Palace of Sports. The team is preparing a large-scale show with new сценография — a multi-level space and video installations.
The program includes the band’s key songs: “At Home,” 2step, “Bakhmut Fortress,” “Virila,” TDME, “Catch the Moment,” and others, as well as premieres of new tracks.
“We sang for Ukrainians all over the world. But only here, stepping onto the stage, do you realize: you are home. And it’s not about geography,” says frontman Taras Topolia.

ONUKA is preparing a concert dedicated to the album MOZAЇKA — a release that shaped the project’s recognizable sound. Nata Zhyzhchenko will perform all tracks from the second album, which combines electronics, folk motifs, and a strong message.
These songs became an important milestone for ONUKA and established the project among the key names of the Ukrainian scene. In addition, the program includes new tracks that have not yet been performed live.

Microbiologist and researcher at the National Antarctic Scientific Center Mariia Pavlovska, along with writer and journalist Markiian Prokhasko, will talk about their personal experience of staying in Antarctica.
During the meeting, they will discuss what the continent looks like from the inside, how expectations differ from reality, the first impressions Antarctica leaves, and how the environment around the Akademik Vernadsky station is changing. They will also touch on climate change and Ukraine’s role in polar research during the full-scale war.
The program also includes a story about oceanographic research beyond the Polar Circle aboard the Ukrainian vessel “Noosphere.”

A writer and a scientist on a journey to Antarctica: impressions and significance
With the arrival of spring, Vsi. Svoi is hosting the “Spring Home” market, bringing together more than 150 Ukrainian brands.
The program features a wide selection of goods: clothing and footwear, accessories and jewelry, tableware, home textiles and decor, candles and fragrances, natural cosmetics, books, stationery, and games. There will also be sweets, drinks, and farm products. The format is for those who want to обновить their wardrobe and space for the new season and support local producers.

Viktor Pavlik will perform a юбилейный concert, where he will sing his most famous songs accompanied by an orchestra. The program also includes duets with invited artists — Kateryna Buzhynska, Olya Tsybulska, Oksana Bilozir, and alyona alyona.
The audience will hear hits such as “No Promises, No Forgiveness,” “I Like You,” “Glow of the Green City,” “Shykydym,” and other songs that have long become recognizable. The concert is dedicated to the artist’s 60th anniversary.

At “KultMotyv,” a “Spring Vechornytsi” event will take place — a gathering with traditional music, singing, and dancing. The program includes a performance by the “Zbyten” chapel, group singing of spring songs (vesnianky and haiivky), ethno-folk by Milnyk, talks by “Vytoky,” as well as a mini-market and a themed workshop.
The organizers promise the atmosphere of traditional spring gatherings — with calling for the sun and communal dances.

The AdoptMe Days adoption festival will bring together dozens of cats and dogs from shelters in the Kyiv region at VDNH. The event is organized by Gostomel Shelter and Pethouse.
The format offers an opportunity to meet the animals and, if desired, take a pet home. Organizers invite visitors to come with family and friends and spend the day in a space dedicated to adoption and supporting shelters.

In the main hall of the “Lavra” gallery, as part of a special program of the “Museum of Contemporary Art” project, the exhibition “Inner Landscape” by young artists Yevhen Klymenko and Liliia Butenko will open.
The exhibition features paintings, graphics, ceramics, and art objects. During the opening, a performance is planned: Yevhen Klymenko will create a painting live to electronic music. The project focuses on the theme of landscape as a way of understanding inner states: the artists explore the connection between personal experiences and the perception of the environment, emphasizing the subjectivity of this experience.

Exhibition "Internal Landscape"
Vivienne Mort is going on a tour across Ukraine, lasting from autumn to spring. In the new program, Daniela Zaiushkina will perform with piano and a vocal quartet, presenting a format that the team plans to bring not only to regional centers but also to cities that rarely appear on concert routes.
“I know that with many listeners we are connected by years of acquaintance, and yet we have never met. I want to change that,” says Zaiushkina. The concert in Kyiv will be part of this tour.

The concert concludes the “French Trilogy” cycle, summarizing the journey from Debussy’s impressionistic imagery through lyricism to a more emotionally насыщенное sound. The third part is built on changing moods and characters — from tension to enlightenment.
At the center of the program are sonatas by César Franck and Francis Poulenc, where contrast becomes the foundation of musical development. Alongside large forms, chamber miniatures-monologues will be performed, revealing a wide range of emotions — from bright lyricism to inner anxiety. The concert is structured as a reflection on the human condition — through music and its tension between drama and light.
