Musical performance "Tychyna: the phenomenon of the day"

"Tychyna: A Phenomenon of the Era" (Тичина: феномен доби) is a musical performance based on the poetry of Pavlo Tychyna by DakhTrio. The project was born from the striking parallels between our present time and the era Tychyna lived through a century ago. Faith, hope, and the encounter with a harrowing reality—the questions the poet asked a hundred years ago remain deeply relevant today.

DakhTrio is a music and theater ensemble of the DAKH Center for Contemporary Arts that transforms poetry into musical journeys.

Instrumentation: gong, tambourine, piano, double bass, cello, saxophone, trombone, and three voices.
