The monument to Hetman Pilip Orlik is set on Pechersk in Kiev to the 15th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine. Pilip Orlik is the author of the document "Covenants and the constitution of the rights and liberties of the Zaporozhye troops" from 1710, which is considered the first Ukrainian Constitution of Cossack times. The sculpture depicts the hetman at the time of the signature of the document. Spatial composition of elements of weapons, art and statehood is placed on two sides of the alley, which allows you to go through it and get acquainted with each element separately. The monument was created by the author's team of the sculptor, People's Artist of Ukraine, the real member of the Academy of Arts of Ukraine A. Kushch and the Honored Architect of Ukraine, member of the Academy of Architecture O. Stukalov.
