On May 29 at 4:00 PM, the National Museum of Ukrainian Folk Decorative Art is opening the exhibition "State of Mind," which brings together the creative works of two artists – Inna Vapniarska and Viktoriia Dromaretska.
Inna Vapniarska is a decorative painting artist. Her work combines academic education, folk folklore, and established traditions of Petrykivka painting. Defining factors in the artist's creative path have been her love for her homeland and the study of traditions and the sources of folk art. This was facilitated by numerous travels throughout Ukraine, exploring the architecture, daily life, and folk customs of various regions.
Artist Viktoriia Dromaretska works in ceramics, painting, and the design of clothing and jewelry. The exhibition will feature her ceramic works, where the author emphasizes the interaction between volume and space.
