Before opening “Evraziya,” the founders and future team visited Japan and decided to dedicate a part of the menu to this wonderful country.

“Our sushi – are the best in the city,” claim the founders of the premium sushi delivery service Ninja Sushi. And it’s hard not to agree with them. Ninja Sushi follows the traditions of Japanese cuisine, does not skimp on the size of their rolls, constantly updates the menu, delivers orders on time, and with no extra hassle for the customer. They also make sure even your four-legged friends are not left hungry.
Artem Travkin:
If you’re interested in delivery, it’s definitely Ninja Sushi. TOP for your money. Great selection, amazing portions, crazy ingredients and flavor combinations, the freshest products, and so on.
Egersund Seafood – a truly legendary company, one of the largest fish producers in Norway. Its history began in 1921 with the establishment of a fish meal factory. The first shipment of fresh Norwegian fish to Ukraine was in 1996, and in 2014, the first flagship Egersund Seafood store was opened.
However, it’s not just a store. Egersund – is also a Seafood Bar, where you can try the best sushi in the capital.
Artem Travkin:
Incredibly good sushi, of course, at Egersund. It’s a fish store with a cold kitchen, where they make the freshest sushi and great big rolls. Everything is really tasty. It’s not cheap, but when you buy a portion of Philadelphia there, you realize, now that’s worth it. The only thing – they don’t have a huge variety, but all the basic items are there.
By day – it’s a store, and by evening – a venue for tastings and master classes from renowned chefs and producers with worldwide acclaim. WINETIME is a national network of gastronomic markets, each with over 8,000 carefully selected products from five continents. It’s also worth stopping by WINETIME for the tastiest sushi.
Masha Serdyuk:
I love sushi at WINETIME. You can tell that they really use fresh products there. Plus, they sell huge portions – as if your grandmother made the rolls.
Another must-visit for gourmets is the famous restaurant of the well-known restaurateur Igor Sukhomlin, which specializes in Californian sushi.
Artem Travkin:
Fish & Pussycat Sushi Bar on Baseyna – is an excellent place. They have a huge variety of rolls. They’re insanely beautiful, insanely tasty, and just awesome.
Where else to go for the best sushi than to the restaurant of the chef with 30 years of experience, Yoshihiro Fujiwara? This Japanese culinary guru has opened restaurants in the USA, Europe, Mexico, and Japan.
As Yoshihiro himself confesses, the secret to the success of Japanese cuisine is high-quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and respect for the product and the work involved. All his restaurants proudly follow these principles.
Artem Travkin:
Fujiwara Yoshi – is a Japanese chef who moved to Ukraine some time ago. He now has two establishments in Kyiv. One on Solomianska Street, and another on Novopecherski Lypky.
Earlier, we also told you about places in the capital where you can have breakfast at 7 AM.
