Evraziya

“Evraziya” is a well-known network of Japanese and European cuisine restaurants that recently celebrated its 16th anniversary. Currently, there are 17 restaurants in Kyiv.

Before opening “Evraziya,” the founders and future team visited Japan and decided to dedicate a part of the menu to this wonderful country.

Come to any of the network’s locations to try authentic miso soup and enjoy the taste of salmon paired with tender Philadelphia cheese. The original recipes and exclusively fresh products, combined with democratic prices, will surprise even the most demanding gourmets.

Egersund Seafood Bar

Egersund Seafood – a truly legendary company, one of the largest fish producers in Norway. Its history began in 1921 with the establishment of a fish meal factory. The first shipment of fresh Norwegian fish to Ukraine was in 1996, and in 2014, the first flagship Egersund Seafood store was opened.

However, it’s not just a store. Egersund – is also a Seafood Bar, where you can try the best sushi in the capital.


Artem Travkin:

Incredibly good sushi, of course, at Egersund. It’s a fish store with a cold kitchen, where they make the freshest sushi and great big rolls. Everything is really tasty. It’s not cheap, but when you buy a portion of Philadelphia there, you realize, now that’s worth it. The only thing – they don’t have a huge variety, but all the basic items are there.

Fish & Pussycat Sushi Bar on Baseyna – is an excellent place. They have a huge variety of rolls. They’re insanely beautiful, insanely tasty, and just awesome.

Fujiwara Yoshi

Where else to go for the best sushi than to the restaurant of the chef with 30 years of experience, Yoshihiro Fujiwara? This Japanese culinary guru has opened restaurants in the USA, Europe, Mexico, and Japan.

As Yoshihiro himself confesses, the secret to the success of Japanese cuisine is high-quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and respect for the product and the work involved. All his restaurants proudly follow these principles.

Fujiwara Yoshi – is a Japanese chef who moved to Ukraine some time ago. He now has two establishments in Kyiv. One on Solomianska Street, and another on Novopecherski Lypky.
