Date and time
Add to calendarThroughout history, people's lives have been closely tied to their favorite objects—items we not only used in daily life but also cherished as part of memories of holidays, family gatherings, or other warm moments. Crimean Tatar pouches, kise, are exactly these kinds of objects: small treasure chests of memory, warmth, and tradition. They were gifted at weddings, passed down as heirlooms, and their embroidered ornaments carried wishes for happiness, love, and prosperity.
We invite you to discover this living heritage and create your own kise—a special gift that will warm the heart.
This master class was developed in partnership with the NGO "Alem," which is dedicated to protecting and popularizing Crimean Tatar intangible cultural heritage.
