Newcomers to the creative profession are especially vulnerable: there are not too many objective criteria for the quality of work, criticism is often harsh, and there is not enough experience.
Oksana will tell you how to protect yourself, adapt and be productive in a new profession. How to cope with criticism, to bring back the loosened self-esteem and let go of the traumatic situations.
