Today, the National Academy of Cultural and Arts Leadership is an educational institution where more than 3,000 senior managers and industry specialists are trained and more than 3,000 students are trained to become specialists in 11 bachelor's and 23 specialties, of which 9 are master's degrees, on full-time and part-time study forms. Over the period of its existence, the Academy has passed the training and retraining of more than 120 thousand industry workers.

The teaching process at the National Academy of Leaders of Culture and Arts is provided by the teaching staff of more than 300 scientific and pedagogical workers, including 50 doctors of sciences, professors; 140 candidates of sciences, associate professors; 46 have honorary titles.

The Academy has four institutes, 12 departments, and special laboratories; informational and methodological and informational and bibliographic centers; Internet Centers; educational television center, which carries out the shooting of educational and promotional information films, educational design studio of computer 3D graphics.

Today, the National Academy of Cultural and Arts Management takes one of the leading places among artistic institutions that are actively involved in the process of national and cultural strengthening of the Ukrainian state, and is the All-Ukrainian educational and training center for training, retraining and professional development of specialists in the field of culture and arts
