A road movie or a provocative journey with no brakes, fueled by comedy and nostalgia. This production by the Maria Zankovetska National Theatre is full of self-irony, reflecting on the 90s in Ukraine, border crossings, the adventures of Ukrainians in Berlin, and everything that Kuzma ever laid eyes or hands on.

The whole story feels like an old friend telling tall tales while sitting with a guitar, humming melodies that every one of us knows by heart! We’ll be driving a real beat-up old banger all the way to Berlin just to make some cash selling mannequins, but we’ll end up at a real Berlin rave! It’s going to be funny, ironic, musical, and a little bit crazy! Just like those years — with all the recklessness of youth and a touch of deep nostalgia.
