"Jewelry Art: A View Through the Centuries" Scientific Conference

The National Museum of the History of Ukraine invites you to participate in the 32nd scientific conference "Jewelry Art: A View Through the Centuries." The event will take place as part of the annual "Museum Readings" at the Treasury of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine.

• Date: October 19, 2026, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Location: Treasury of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine (21 Ivan Mazepa St., Building 12 — on the grounds of the National Preserve "Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra")

Conference Themes cover various research areas in the history of artistic metalworking, including:

• the study of collections of precious decorative items and individual artistic artifacts preserved in museums;

• technological and stylistic features of jewelers' work — from antiquity to the present day;

• other pressing issues in jewelry art and related topics.

Conference proceedings are planned for publication. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select texts for presentations and publication.
