Monument to Prince Svyatoslav is located on the territory of IAPM (Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.) Established in 2003 in honor of Svyatoslav Igorevich prince of the times of Kievan Rus. The authors of the work are sculptors Oles Sidoruk and Boris Krylov.
Svyatoslav Igorevich or Svyatoslav the Brave - Grand Duke of Kiev (title of the ruler of Kievan Rus) 945 - 972х. The son of Prince Igor the Old (Igor Rurikovich) and Princess Olga.
