The Biologist Terrace summer wine and cheese tasting area has started working near the sixth pavilion of the ENEA.
The menu of the site includes craft wines of the Biologist brand, Ukrainian wines Besarabia, as well as Italian and French. "We serve craft cheeses, Burgundy snails and other snacks for wines and wine chains," says Barout at the restaurant.
On the summer grounds, you can order individual wine items in glasses and bottles, as well as five tasting sets. At Biologist Terrace you can also taste wine before ordering. "In 90% of cases, the wine is chosen by label. We break these stereotypes and offer to taste first, and then make a choice, "they added on the site.
