About event

The exhibition that has been telling "silver stories" to its visitors for five months is coming to an end. Each month, we gathered at the Treasury for the exhibition "Oringo: The Art of Silver Stories" to admire meaningful jewelry, discuss the history of jewelry art and prominent Ukrainians, talk about books, discover the secrets of gemstones, and even hold them in our hands.

We have decided to dedicate the exhibition’s finissage (closing event) to dreams.

This Sunday at the Museum:

  • Iryna Udovychenko – curator and senior researcher at the Treasury of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine, will share her "curator’s dream" and how it was brought to life within the exhibition space.

  • Olena Maslova – founder and lead designer of the Oringo Jewelry House, is traveling from Kharkiv specifically for this meeting. She will talk about the "Silver Dream" competition (held since 2013), showcase dreams from previous years realized in silver, and announce the results of the 2025 competition.

The meeting will feature a panel discussion, "Jewelry Art: Reality and Dreams," aimed at exchanging experience, ideas, and visions for the future of Ukrainian jewelry.

Guest speakers include: founders of the "Jewelers of Ukraine" Public Association Yuriy Kurylyuk, Oksana Grabovska, and Olena Maslova; researchers of contemporary jewelry art Liliya Pasichnyk, Nataliya Sapfirova, Sofiya Trykolenko, Hanna Horoshko, and Iryna Udovychenko; and jewelers Tetiana Chorna, Volodymyr Yarmusevych, Kateryna Tytova, Dari Chernikova, and Maksym Brezinsky.

Visitors are welcome to participate in the discussion. We invite jewelers, designers, researchers, and enthusiasts—everyone who cares about the future of this eternal and beautiful art.
