About event

Experience a unique exhibition dedicated to the history of ancient beliefs in Ukraine, from the earliest times until the arrival of Christianity.

The "Pre-Christian Beliefs of Ukraine" exhibition explores the origins of religious ideas, sacred sites, and ancient rituals related to birth, marriage, and death. It offers a rare glimpse into how our ancestors perceived the world and their place in the universe.

The exhibition features over 500 original archaeological artifacts:

  • An ornamented mammoth shoulder blade;

  • Trypillian figurines and "binocular-shaped" vessels;

  • A Scythian bronze finial featuring the god Papaios;

  • Jewelry of a Scythian noblewoman from the Melitopol kurgan;

  • A "calendar" jar from the Chernyakhiv culture and exquisite ancient Greek ceramics.

Date: Sunday, March 22, 2026 | Starts at: 12:00 PM Price: 250 UAH (150 UAH for students/seniors). Registration: (044) 278-48-64 or +38 093 855 61 16 (Viber/Telegram).
