BEEF Meat & Wine
Named "Best Meat Restaurant in Ukraine" (Salt Award) and holder of the Wine Spectator Award, BEEF, which opened in 2010 across from the Brodsky Synagogue, certainly lives up to its reputation. The restaurant’s interior was designed by Alberto Foyo, a professor of architecture at Columbia University (New York).
As the name suggests, this place excels in meat and wine. American marbled steaks at BEEF are cooked on a four-meter open grill, Parilla, and in a wood-fired oven. Additionally, the restaurant’s sommelier will recommend a wine for each dish. Isn’t that perfect?
