Located in the heart of the city Buffalino is a restaurant famous for its Neapolitan pizza with thin dough and high crusts – just like it’s made in Italy. All the pizza, as well as the focaccia, is baked in a traditional wood-fired oven, which gives the dishes a special aroma and crispy crust.
Buffalino's pride is its house-made cheeses. Soft varieties like mozzarella, stracciatella, ricotta, and burrata, along with aged hard cheeses, are kept in a special cheese room. Napulè is a famous Kyiv establishment where the pizza is prepared under the supervision of Neapolitan pizzaiolo Giuseppe Irollo, in a traditional wood-fired oven built by renowned master Stefano Ferrara. The oven itself is remarkable, made from materials taken from beneath Mount Vesuvius.
This well-known pizzeria has numerous accolades, but among them is one special recognition: since February 2008, it has been certified by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (The Association of True Neapolitan Pizza).

Bigoli introduced the mozzarella bar to Ukraine, just as these bars were gaining popularity worldwide. Burrata and buffalo mozzarella are brought directly from Italy to the restaurant, so you can be sure of the freshness of the cheeses.
Additionally, the restaurant features a shop selling olives, baked goods, pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, antipasti, sausages, and other products.
