Family Ecopark Yasnohorodka

The largest ostrich farm in Ukraine, known to everyone, has turned into a full-fledged family eco-park for maximum comfort with family, friends or colleagues.

The range of entertainment and services is impressive, every guest will definitely find something for himself:

1. Ostrich farm
Only 30 km from Kyiv, in the village of Yasnohorodka, there is the largest and first breeding ostrich farm in Ukraine, "Ostrich Valley". The first 36 animals were brought here back in 2001. Now, more than 400 birds live on the territory of about 20 hectares. Among them are Nandu white ostriches from South America, Australian Emus and African ostriches. Adult ostriches live in families: one male and several females, and juvenile birds live together in separate enclosures. A visit to the Ostrich Valley is provided in the company of a guide with an excursion that lasts about half an hour. Both individual and group tours are available, with special arrangements for organized school groups.

2. Mini zoo
In addition to the ostrich farm, there is a contact mini zoo on the territory where you can see peacocks, owls, ducks, turkeys, fighting roosters and unusual chickens, as well as deer, llamas, alpacas, camels, pigs, raccoons, rabbits, sheep, etc. Most animals can be fed with fodder that is sold in the city, you cannot bring food for animals with you. But in the contact zone you can talk to the animals closer. Children and adults are delighted.

3. Own winery
Wine on the farm is also produced independently. It has its own vineyards, a winery, a cellar with a museum and a tasting room. Every year for 10 years, the "Family Winemaker" festival has been held on the weekends for a month at the Yasnogorod farm. You can use it with your own hands, or rather "with your own knife", to press the grapes into your author's wine. All this happens with fun parties and under the supervision of a professional winemaker. After the tasting, you can always buy a few bottles of quality wine.

4. Children's amusement park "Yasnograi"
Is it possible to rest with the children so that the parents also rest? From now on! The large park for outdoor activities in Yasnohorodka is the best location for children and teenagers, who are in a specially separated area of the park. The most interesting attractions are collected here, and each child, depending on the nature and type of favorite entertainment, will find something to do, from bicycles to football. There is also a play area with various outdoor activities, an exciting mine-labyrinth, a little extreme - trolls, animators work on weekends with interesting contests and games. Admission for children 3 years and older.

5. Where to eat: Ferma. Local Food Hub
The Ferma restaurant operates on the territory of the complex, where you can taste many delicious original dishes prepared from ecological products grown here on the farm. These include exclusive dishes made from meat and eggs of ostriches, grilled dishes made from the meat of local animals and traditional dishes of national cuisine, etc. The restaurant welcomes visitors all year round, including for private celebrations of any type. There are separate banquet halls for loud and private celebrations.

6. Street barbecue area: Grill&Chill Park
On warm days, there is a picnic area and a grill area on the territory of the ecopark, where delicious food and drinks are prepared. This area regularly hosts various street food festivals and festive events. There is an atmosphere of relaxation and music is playing here.

7. Souvenir shop
Most products of the eco-farm can be purchased in a shop on the territory of the complex. These can be:

• Author's wine and mulled wine
• Meat products
• Semi-finished products (cheesecakes, dumplings, dumplings, khinkali, pancakes, etc.)

8. Camping
From 2023, it is possible to stay overnight in a picturesque and comfortable campsite on the territory of the ecopark. The campsite consists of 3 furnished and electrified tents of increased comfort, one large tent of increased capacity with an air conditioning system, as well as a covered lounge area and a comfortable area for an evening bonfire. Each tent also has its own terrace with a table, chairs, and a large umbrella. From the summer of 2024, a full-fledged hotel with comfortable houses will open in the ecopark.

9. Family pool complex
Country family swimming pool complex in the Yasnohorodka ecopark will become a favorite place for the whole family to relax in the hot summer months. Newly built, shining with novelty, the complex includes 4 separate pools: 1 for children and 3 for adults. The children's pool and one of the pools for adults are equipped with a water heating system. The pool complex's food court offers a menu of ostrich specialties, pizza, burgers and a variety of drinks and cocktails. You don't need to go to Turkey or Egypt to relax with maximum comfort by the water and even stay overnight in a comfortable hotel!
