These workouts are designed specifically and only for girls (but without restrictions on age and level of training)!
Workouts aim to develop strength and endurance (short cardio sessions with strength workouts) to be STRONG, and without the use of weightlifting, exercise machines and barbells to stay SKINNY.
Training complexes focus on the lower body (thighs, buttocks), and many press exercises.
The training always has a balanced load, replacement of exercises for different levels of training, cool music tracks, a comfortable atmosphere of the girls' community and support for the whole team.
