Romantica Pizzeria is the latest concept from Mimosa Group, inspired by authentic, local Italy. The focus is on pizza alla pala — a Roman-style pizza served on a wooden board with crispy dough. The team trained at Rome’s Casa Manco to replicate the original recipe.
The menu features signature pizzas, snacks, and Lazio-inspired dishes, with a tailored cocktail list and a selection of wines from across Italy.
The interior, designed by Alyona Bondar, channels old Roman eateries — with warm tones, faded textures, uneven tiles, and minimalist but quirky decor.
