Gallery83 is a new art space, which was founded in spring 2017, by Ira Gvozdyk, who is an artist herself. The main aim of the gallery is to support young artists, which due to certain circumstances, have not gained necessary exposure in their field; promoting them on the art market and organising exhibitions; searching for new names and introducing them to Ukrainian and foreign audiences. Particular attention is paid to graphics - an independent and complete art on its own, which is experiencing a revival in Ukraine. Graphics, which for a long time has been only considered as a printing technique, as well as hidden in the shadow of fine art, sculpture and photography, is finally getting recognition on its own.
