The power of women in agro

A year ago, we did something that had never been done in Ukraine before. We gathered over 400 women from the agricultural sector in one hall—and proved that women are not just present in agriculture, they are leading it.

This year, "Women's Power in Agro" is no longer just a conference. It is the moment when the industry names its female leaders out loud.

However, this year the conference is only part of the event.

For the first time in Ukraine, right on the "Women's Power in Agro" stage, the results of AGGEEK Agro Women 100 will be solemnly announced—the first independent ranking of the most influential women in the country's agricultural industry.
