Gratitude to Giya Kancheli Concert — on the Maestro's birthday, we invite you to a special musical evening dedicated to one of the greatest composers of the 20th century, Giya Kancheli.

On August 17, Aniko Dolidze, accompanied by leading Ukrainian jazz musicians, will present the program Gratitude to Giya Kancheli "Music for Theatre and Film", dedicated to the prominent Georgian composer.

The Gratitude to Giya Kancheli program features music written by Giya Kancheli for theatre and film, brought to life through a fresh interpretation by renowned Ukrainian jazz musicians and arrangements by composer and pianist Rodion Ivanov. It is a musical tribute of gratitude to the Maestro for his incredible creativity and the lifelong love of jazz that he carried with him.
