Add to calendarDuring the charity dinner in support of the Third Army Corps, chefs Lerane Tulchyi, Yurii Nikitiuk, and Andrii Severenchuk will prepare their signature dishes. Each of them will reinterpret a recipe centered around one core Ukrainian ingredient.
The event will be curated by gastronomic culture researcher and author of the “YizhaKultura” project, Olena Braichenko. She will speak about the history, significance, and cultural context of the selected ingredients.
