10 Years of APLAY: London Elektriciti, Ayan Marar & Votuma

APLAY continues its large-scale celebration of 10 years of continuous momentum, iconic bookings, and the development of Ukrainian electronic culture. APLAY has never fixated on a single genre and always remains open to the new. This time, we are preparing a real celebration for connoisseurs of broken beats and inviting Kyiv to a performance by legends of the global bass scene.

LONDON ELEKTRICITY is a living icon, a drum & bass pioneer, and the founder of the iconic label Hospital Records. Tony Colman is the person who largely defined the sound of modern liquid funk, filling it with jazz harmonies, soul, and incredible groove. He is the creator of the world-famous Hospitality parties and the author of such undeniable anthems as "Just One Second" and "Billion Dollar Gravy."

AYAH MARAR is the unspoken queen of the bass scene, a British singer, songwriter, and DJ. Her unique vocals sound in global multi-platinum hits, including her collaboration with Calvin Harris on "Thinking About You," as well as partnerships with DJ Fresh, Camo & Krooked, Nero, and many others. Ayah masterfully combines the powerful energy of club music with soulful live performance, creating an unsurpassed atmosphere on the dance floor.

Joining the British guests on tour is VOTUMA (Tamara Umanska) — a figure who has been working in the electronic music industry since the 1990s and has shared the stage with such cult artists as UNKLE, Bonobo, BCee, Objectiv, Jollife, Paradox, Etherwood, Hugh Hardie, Telepopmusic, and many others. A producer, DJ, and the founder of the APLAY formation, she has brought numerous world-class artists to Ukraine over the years.
