The last weekend of March in Kyiv promises to be emotionally intense, deep, and inspiring. This weekend is for those looking for more than just entertainment but for sensations, aesthetics, and important meanings. The program includes large-scale charity concerts, photo exhibitions offering new perspectives on our present, and festivals addressing mental health, the body, and sexuality.
Also on the agenda are modern ethnic markets, new operatic interpretations of classics, theatrical experiments, and manifesto exhibitions dedicated to Ukrainian culture, currency, and resilience. This weekend is a great opportunity not only to leave the house but also to fill yourself with meaning, support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, find inspiration, or simply feel that we live in a city that fights, dreams, and creates.

This one-act opera begins as a light adventure but quickly turns into a profound musical journey — with surprises, revelations, and a bright finale.
The production was created by renowned director Tamara Trunova, winner of the "Kyiv Pectoral" award and the "HRA" theater festival. If you're looking for something unconventional and emotional, don’t miss it.

The hryvnia is not just banknotes and numbers. In the new exhibition at the "Ukrainian House," it is considered a symbol, a history, and an art form. A joint project of the National Bank of Ukraine and the National Center "Ukrainian House," it unveils the deeper meanings of the national currency.
At the center of attention are sketches of hryvnia banknotes by classical Ukrainian artists such as Bohomazov, Narbut, Krychevsky, Boychuk, Lopata, and others. Additionally, unique archives, artifacts, and modern interpretations of events shaping our present will be showcased.
Entry: 120 UAH, 50 UAH for students and pupils. Free for privileged categories.

On March 29, underground national artist Nytsо Potvorno will return to the stage at Origin Stage. This time, it will be at the largest venue where the artist plans to "replenish oxytocin reserves among the staff."
Nytsik, as he is known on the internet, has long become the voice of the tired, sarcastic, and honest. He sounds like no one else — with a crimson tone, poignant storytelling, and eclectic music that is hard to fit into genre boundaries.
If you're looking for a performance where you can reflect and let loose — this is definitely the place for you.

Kateryna Stepanishcheva, an illustrator you’ve definitely seen before — whether on silk scarves, children's books, or collaborations with Gifty, MEGOGO, or Dodosocks — presents her new project, the exhibition "Talismans of Ukraine." These are bright, warm images born from elements of embroidery, painted eggs, ceramics, and carpets. Each piece holds something familiar, native, and supportive during these challenging times.
All illustrations were created after the full-scale war began and aim to be a source of support and inspiration. Entry is free, but you can donate an amount of your choice or buy some merch. All funds raised will go towards drones for the 3rd Luhansk Border Guard Battalion "Revenge."
