The romantic name "Richard the Lionheart's Castle" is a neo-Gothic building under the hill of Uzhdyhalnitsa on Andreevsky Spusk, which was commissioned by the merchant D. Orlov as a lucrative home. According to the legend, the builders who were dissatisfied with the payment deliberately planned ventilation in such a way that the wind howled in the pipes, which made rumors about ghosts in the house spread. In Soviet times, representatives of bohemia lived here. In 1992, the building was bought by an American investor for a hotel, but due to problems with local authorities, the reconstruction was suspended.
