The Mezhyhirsky Spaso-Preobrazhensky Monastery is a ruined Orthodox monastery, which was located in the Mezhyhirya tract near the village of Novye Petrovtsy, Vyshgorodsky district, Kiev region, on the right bank of the Dnieper. Initially, it was male and was known under the name of the White Savior. As an important monastery of the Zaporozhian Army, the Mezhyhirsky Monastery left behind the Mezhyhirsky Chronicle and a great cultural heritage. Abolished in 1787, in 1894-1918 it acted as a women's monastery, in 1935 it was finally destroyed.
