Huge panoramic windows offering the view of the awesome pine forest, the cuisine winning you over and making you fall in love with it from the first bite, and refined but at the same time inviting interior – the term “restaurant” is too modest to embrace all these. All this is Fabius.
Haute cuisine with an Italian flavor, our own cheese dairy and bakery, home-style pasta and eco greenhouse offering fresh vegetables, greens and herbs – we have made every effort to ensure that our guests get a delicious taste experience.
Five halls, a panoramic terrace with a show kitchen, summer gazebos and terraces – here everyone can find a cozy place most appropriate to his or her mood.
The ground floor of the Restaurant is an atmospheric spacious hall with a large fireplace the warmth of which is so pleasant on the cold winter days; it is also a perfect location to partake the romance of summer evenings. This is the place of the Restaurant’s flagship – our panoramic terrace with huge windows and a show kitchen unveiling the mystery of cooking and the process of preparing the authentic Italian cheese. The views of the lake and the pine forest may be enjoyed irrespective of the weather and season of the year.
Fabius Restaurant offers comfortable leisure for your whole family, so we have arranged a real children's residence – a two-storey house with mazes, slides, toys for kids of any age (PlayStation) and a large open area outdoors. Professional animators and babysitters will take care that kids are never bored.
The Italians are connoisseurs of food and stylish leisure. Roman patricians knew how to spend free time with sophistication and taste. Among them, the Fabius family was known for particular refinement in enjoying leisure.
