Remember when we promised an exhibition with a feminine character? We promised – and we are delivering!
In these incredibly difficult times for our country, each of us needs support, a mental reset, and a cozy space where we can, at least for a while, detach from daily struggles. Art and museum spaces, which preserve artifacts and the atmosphere of the past, help us achieve this. They allow us to rest while enriching ourselves spiritually.
This is exactly the kind of experience we aimed to create with the exhibition that opens our series of art projects titled "Women's Stories of Parnassus." The exhibition, "Nina Tobilevych. Behind the Scenes of Life and Stage," is dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the birth of Panas Saksahanskyi’s wife.
Our temporary exhibition, filled with aesthetics, reveals the life story of this wonderful, devoted, and warm-hearted woman. It highlights her refined personality and sheds light on her creative passions. The exhibition will feature photographs, handwritten and printed documents, vintage household items of the couple, Nina Mytrofanivna’s handmade embroidery, and her exquisite stage costumes.
