The performance "The Red Chief"

The comedy play "The Ransom of Red Chief" will be performed at the Theater of Young Spectators (TYUZ) in Kyiv.

Every parent’s dream is a well-behaved child—one who is calm, excels in school, is never late, acts politely, and immediately follows instructions. Unfortunately, reality rarely aligns with our fantasies. Но who says that resourcefulness, curiosity, and a mischievous spirit are bad traits?

Based on the classic story by American author O. Henry, "The Ransom of Red Chief" offers a chance to reflect once again on childhood and growing up. And, of course, it’s a celebration of sincere family bonds and closeness.

We welcome audiences from 5 to 105 years old.
