On May 2nd–3rd, the "Park of Wonder-Beasts" (Park Dyvotvaryn) will open in Kyiv’s Central Park of Culture and Leisure. This all-Ukrainian interactive project is a space where dreams become reality for children and their families.
Admission is free for all visitors, ensuring every family can join the celebration. This is a barrier-free space, open to families with children of all ages.
The "Park of Wonder-Beasts" was created based on the dreams, drawings, and stories collected by the project team from children across Ukraine.
At the heart of the space are giant wonder-beasts: large-scale art installations brought to life from children's fantasies. Each creature has its own unique story, born from the letters and sketches of children from every corner of the country.
This is a place where imagination takes shape, and dreams gain color, scale, and character. The project unites the country to start dreaming again.
The "Park of Wonder-Beasts" is a place where children and families become authors: they share their stories, dreams, and ideas, some of which will be developed in future projects.
In addition to the art displays, visitors can enjoy:
Interactive play zones and attractions
Family relaxation areas
Photo zones and themed routes
The goal of this initiative is to provide emotional support to children and families through creativity, play, and interaction with contemporary art, while creating a safe public space for shared leisure in the city.
