Plot:
The events unfold in Berlin in the early 1930s as Nazism gradually spreads across Europe. A young American writer, Cliff Bradshaw, meets cabaret performer Sally Bowles. Their relationship intertwines with the story of the boarding house owner, Fraulein Schneider, and the aging Jewish grocer, Herr Schultz. These two dramatic storylines merge and abruptly conclude against the backdrop of the dazzling "Kit Kat Club" cabaret show.
