"Career Days: Career Navigator" Open Air

Kyiv, May 16, 2026, Obolonska Embankment — The Kyiv Youth Center, organized by the Department of Youth and Sports of the KMDA, will host "Career Days," an open-air event for young people.

The mission is to create a space where youth can chart their professional course through a blend of career opportunities, self-reflection, and direct engagement with employers. The event focuses not just on job hunting, but on a deeper understanding of personal values, interests, and potential.

"Kyiv has always been a city of opportunity, and now it is becoming a city of professional strength. Our 'Career Navigator' event is a response to the current demand: we are synchronizing energetic youth with the expertise of major corporations," says Mykhailo Pertsev, Director of the Kyiv Youth Center.

Date & Venue: May 16, 29 Obolonska Embankment (lower tier). Time: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Target Audience: Youth aged 14–35: students, graduates, and early-career professionals.

Event Highlights:

• Job Fair featuring top Ukrainian companies (including BKK, Ukrzaliznytsia, Silpo, Kyiv Patrol Police, Ranok Publishing, Domino’s Pizza, and UNIT.City);

• Interactive formats, engaging quests, and giveaways from partners;

• Implementation of a "Digital Fair" within the offline event;

• A shift from traditional panel discussions to dynamic, interactive engagement formats.
