On June 21 at 4:00 PM, we invite you to gather and celebrate one of the most vibrant and mysterious holidays of the Ukrainian calendar — Kupala. Amidst authentic museum homesteads, blooming meadows, and lush green landscapes, a true summer fairy tale will come to life, where ancient customs intertwine with the present.
Guests can look forward to a rich program filled with rituals, music, and folk festivities:
Reenactment of Ancient Kupala Rituals. Witness and become a participant in the traditional dressing of Marena, the circling of khorovods, and ancient rituals that our people have cherished for centuries.
Wreath-Making Workshops. Our artisans will teach everyone how to craft traditional Kupala wreaths from wildflowers and fragrant herbs. Create your own symbol of summer and take home a piece of the celebration.
Live Music and Folk Singing. The museum grounds will be filled with authentic Kupala songs, the sound of folk instruments, and performances by folk ensembles, all bringing a unique energy to the day.
Dances and Folk Games. Participate in traditional Ukrainian dance workshops, fun games, and group activities that will bring all our guests together in one big, friendly circle.
Expect an incredible atmosphere of a Ukrainian summer, picturesque locations, and countless moments you'll want to capture in photos and memories. For your comfort, we suggest bringing a good mood with you!
We invite you to spend this day together — in a place where traditions resonate in a special way.
