Both processes need to be in the moment here and now, they immerse a person in a state of flow.

The PROGRAM includes all types of improvisation:

• theatrical
• comedy
• dance
• musical

Meditation and related areas:

• psychology
• spiritual practices
• yoga
• transformation games

The program is formed from classes, master classes, a retreat from leading experts.

All activities take place simultaneously in three special locations. Main stage for performances of improvisational teams and general meditations.

At the end of each day, concerts of popular Ukrainian musical groups.
