This weekend in Kyiv offers a cultural mix for every taste: from new album premieres and chamber classics to lectures and Easter traditions. April 18–20 brings enough events to make your weekend exciting, inspiring, and heartwarming — whether you're in the company of your favorite bands, surrounded by modern art, or enjoying Vivaldi and Piazzolla in a cozy church.
This weekend will be filled with live music — the bands KADNAY and Fiolet return with emotional concerts, the Kyiv Mozart Orchestra will perform Hans Zimmer's greatest hits, and classical pieces by Mozart and Beethoven will be played in the Church of St. Catherine. Looking for an exhibition? Head to Duality or celebrate spring with giants at the Legend Park. Craving deeper meaning? Don’t miss the lecture on Medusa the Gorgon at the Khanenko Museum.
On April 18, KADNAY will present their new album Kvítamy na Glybyni on the ORIGIN STAGE. This will be the first chance to hear the new songs live — songs created, as the musicians say, in the "language of the heart."
They promise an atmosphere you’ll want to experience not alone — so bring your friends and prepare for an evening of deep feelings and sincere music.

On April 18, the atmospheric hall of the Church of St. Catherine will resonate with the works of great composers — Vivaldi, Mozart, and Beethoven. The chamber evening will bring together string duets and trios, harpsichord, and the warm acoustics of a space made for this kind of music.
The program includes bright sonatas, duets, and trios performed by Oleksii Kolesnyk, Nataliia Bulat, Olha Vasylykivska, and Olha Shadrina-Lychak. Music that needs no words, and an evening that will stay in your memory.

Until April 26, the exhibition Duality continues at IMAGINE POINT — exploring art born on the edge of contrasts.
Artists Pavlo Makedonskyi and Inna Panteleimonova — partners in life and in art — explore the unity of opposites. Their canvases are dialogues between monochrome and color, silence and emotion, the rational and the intuitive.
It’s about the coexistence of two visions of the world, which together sound like one harmonious melody.
