The Nutcracker. Version

Premiere: "The Nutcracker. Version" — a two-act phantasmagoria ballet staged by Radu Poklitaru, based on Ernst Theodor Amadeus Hoffmann's tale "The Nutcracker and the Mouse King."

In this new Ukrainian adaptation, the familiar Christmas story unfolds within a unique atmosphere of dreams, wonder, and subtle human emotions. For this production, Ukrainian composer Oleksandr Rodin is creating an original musical score designed to fill the ballet with the radiant anticipation of the holiday, the tenderness of childhood imagination, warmth, and deep emotional resonance.
