Uwines Bar is a place for those who want to explore Ukrainian wine beyond stereotypes. Here you will find bottles from winemakers across the country: from the volcanic vineyards of Zakarpattia and the limestone slopes of Bakota to the black soils of the Dnipro region and the vineyards of the Black Sea coast.
Behind this selection are more than 10 years of research into Ukrainian winemaking: the team personally meets winemakers, visits their estates, and chooses wines that tell the story of Ukrainian terroir.
At Uwines Bar, you can taste rare grape varieties, new styles, and experimental wines, discovering modern Ukraine through flavor. It is a space for slow evenings, conversations, and getting to know wines that are only beginning to write their own great story.
