About the place
Ancy is a new Mediterranean restaurant located near the Fomin Botanical Garden, just a few minutes' walk from Universytet metro station. The menu features breakfasts, seafood dishes, and fire-grilled meats. The bar menu includes both classic and signature cocktails with a Mediterranean twist, along with a curated selection of wines, sparkling options, and premium spirits.
Each cocktail is carefully crafted to pair well with the food. For instance, De mure et de passion combines blackberry-infused Tanqueray gin, elderflower syrup, lemon juice, and peach foam. Femme Fatal blends Gordon’s Passionfruit, Lillet Blanc vermouth, lychee liqueur, and cherry plum syrup. Violet Royal features blackcurrant gin, violet liqueur, maraschino, rosé vermouth, sparkling wine, and clarified lemon juice. Sauvage de la jungle mixes pineapple rum, pandan, coconut, lemongrass, mango, lemon, and Amaro di Angostura.
