About the place
The basis of the monument to the "Defenders of the Frontiers of the Motherland" is a sculpture of a border guard soldier with a height of 2.7 m, next to a dog. Together with the pedestal the composition reaches 5.7 m. The total weight is about 2 tons. The authors of the composition are sculptors Ivan Melnychuk and Vasyl Biley.
