This bakery is one of those places where the scent of fresh dough lingers in the air, and a croissant proudly sits on the shelf next to danishes, donuts, pizzas, and the legendary “sausage in dough.”
“Our bakery is built on four main principles: our own sourdough, fresh flour, cold fermentation, and stone baking,” the team shares.
A classic croissant here costs 85 UAH — flaky, buttery, and slightly browned. There are also options for those who enjoy unique flavor combinations: with milk chocolate, with almonds, or with aged Volyn cheddar and sesame. Each croissant pairs with specialty third-wave coffee: filter, espresso, or something niche, ground on-site.
