Institute of Special Communication and Information Protection of National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (hereinafter - ISZZI "KPI") established pursuant to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2006 № 658-p.
ISZZI "KPI" is an educational and scientific structural division of "KPI" with the status of the institution State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (hereinafter - State Special). The Institute provides education on training, retraining and advanced training of commanders and officers with higher education in the field of special communication and information protection needs to primarily State Service and other central executive bodies, military units and law enforcement agencies, in particular, the security Service of Ukraine, the foreign intelligence Service of Ukraine, the Main intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the state guard of Ukraine.
