About event

"CitiesUs" (MistaMY) — Exhibition by Ivan Kravets and Vitaliy Kravets

From April 10 to May 8, 2026, the main hall of the Imagine Point contemporary art gallery will host the exhibition "CitiesUs."

"CitiesUs" is a journey not only through space but also through time, where individual perspectives overlap with shifting urban landscapes. Ivan Kravets’ graphic works from the 1990s are rich with cultural markers and visual motifs characteristic of Lviv in the 80s and 90s — portraying the city as an environment of late-Soviet and early post-Soviet experience. In contrast, Vitaliy Kravets’ works are rooted in direct geographical discovery: these series are dedicated to cities the artist explored following the full-scale invasion.

The project unites the practices of two artists — father and son — initiating a dialogue between different generations, experiences, and visual languages. Their differences create a productive tension, mirrored by the diversity of cities such as Kyiv, Lviv, or Kryvyi Rih — each shaping its own way of perceiving and experiencing reality.
