The theme of the 2026 Forum is I KNOW WHY. At the center of our attention will be the power of conscious purpose, because it is precisely what helps leaders move forward during times of uncertainty, inspires teams, attracts partners, and turns ambitions into results.

On November 19 in Kyiv, business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, government officials, and members of the international community will gather to share their personal stories of decisions, challenges, and transformations.
