Kyiv, May 11, 2024 — A new social café and gallery, "ART VILLAGE," has opened in the heart of Podil at 39 Naberezhno-Khreschatytska Street.
This unique venue combines an art gallery that promotes contemporary Ukrainian artists and creators with a café aimed at providing psychological support to military personnel and their families.

"ART VILLAGE" is not just a café. It is a space where visitors can enjoy aromatic coffee and a unique Podil-style Kyiv cake while immersing themselves in the world of contemporary Ukrainian art. Since its opening, the gallery has already hosted exhibitions of the renowned artist and sculptor Serhii Kuznetsov, and currently, it features works by Ukrainian symbolist artist Vladyslava Korotyuk.

Vladyslava Korotyuk, known for her unique style and deeply conceptual works, describes her art as "a process of intimate dialogue with the viewer, where I build understanding and perception of the image without words, through the connection of the subconscious, through the visual language. Through creation, I try to erase the boundary between the process of existence and the process of imagination, in the fundamental existing world, to create my own — ephemeral, where thought sheds the shackles of words and freezes in an unlimited state of feeling." The exhibition showcases the artist's paintings created between 2022 and 2024.

"ART VILLAGE" also actively promotes volunteerism and cultural enlightenment. The café serves as a meeting place for volunteers and local activists, creating a platform for exchanging ideas and implementing socially significant projects.

We invite everyone to visit "ART VILLAGE," enjoy beautiful art, delicious coffee, and support initiatives with an important social mission. "ART VILLAGE" — a place where art and kindness unite!
